Random Snaps | February 2015

Yow!

It's been a while since I took random pictures of anything, I decided to have a monthly project so that my "expensive" DSLR will put into use. Photowalks are rare nowadays, and it's kind of boring (and dangerous too)  if you do it alone, so I use my convincing powers to convince my wife to have a regular walk-around in the city with our cameras. Not just we can take photos of random things in the city, it's also healthy for us because we're kind on the overweight side of the weighing scale. :D

Welcome again

For the infinite time, I will reboot this blog.

My last post was almost five years ago, too many things happened. I got married, I went to the Middle East, I was brutally tickled by my wife on a daily basis, I gained weight, and many more that I don't need to mention.

But there are things left unchanged, I still love my Ex-girlfriend (sad to say) turned wife named Des, many know her as Five Hours Apart, I still love to eat and drink (but in a moderate way as Des wants it), and of course I still love to take pictures. Welcome to Litratoto.... welcome again.

This visit to Sitio T'nu-os is for a future project of BPP (Black Pencil Project) and MCom (Maniniyot Commnunity). Teka... ang hirap mag ingles... :p

Ang BPP po ay isang organisasyon na kung saan ay tumutulong sila sa mga batang taga bundok sa pamamagitan ng pagbibigay ng mga gamit na pang eskwela gaya ng lapis, pad paper, crayons, notebook at iba pa, na karaniwang di na pinapansin ng mga makabagong mag aaral ngayon. Makakakuha po kayo ng impormasyon tungkol sa BPP sa kanilang websayt, sa http://blackpencilproject.org.

Ang MCom po naman ay isang grupo ng mga photographer na nag umpisa sa Davao , ito ay mga batang walang magawa kundi pumindot at pumindot ng kamera nila araw araw, pero gusto rin makatulong sa mga nangangailangan at hangad ang kunting pagbabago sa mundo ngayon, kahit kunti lang. Meron po silang websayt na naumpisahan nung nakaraan taon, at hanggang ngayon ganun parin ang itsura, http://www.maniniyot.com. Ang salitang "maniniyot" ay ang tawag sa taong mahilig kumuha ng litrato sa kabisayaan at mindanao.

Kasama ko rin dito sa proyekto na to ang mga nagwagwapohan kong kaibigan, wag ko raw banbangggitin ang mga pangalan nila, kaya maraming salamat GERRY ANOVA, IAN ANOVA, LOURDES JOY, TATA at JETJET, salamat sa pagsama. apir! :) add niyo sila sa facebook :p uso ngayon yun....
